 Always Innovating appears to be living up to its name, making significant progress on that clever HDMI Android dongle that we first heard of way back at CES. Now the company’s TI OMAP4-based television companion is rockin’ some Ice Cream Sandwich madness, drawing curious Mobile World Congress attendees into the Texas Instruments booth for a look.  Samsung has finally started to reveal its new products at MWC 2012 , starting with this refresh of the Galaxy Beam packing Android 2.3 and a 1GHz dual-core CPU.  After yesterday’s clarification that Tegra 3′s architecture will now be known as 4-PLUS-1 , NVIDIA’s got something a little meatier to share.  After crossing the 10 million units moved threshold back in September , Samsung has joyously announced ahead of MWC 2012 that its Galaxy S II family of phones has sold 20 million since launching in April. According to Samsung, taking just ten months to hit the mark puts it ahead of the original Galaxy S (hovering around 22 million sold) by seven months.  If the trio of slabs ZTE announced earlier this week weren’t enough for you, sit tight, the outfit just announced it’s bringing a total of eight new phones to Barcelona next week. The new handsets will reportedly flaunt multi-core processors, LTE radios and the latest versions of the Android and Windows Phone platforms.  While we get ready for MWC to begin Samsung is apparently next to reveal a few new handsets, as it just posted the details for its new Galaxy Ace 2 (left) and Galaxy mini 2 (right).  Looks like ZTE couldn’t hold its horses until MWC. It’s just unveiled product names and key specs (but alas no product photos) for two Android 4.0 thoroughbreds that’ll be shown off in Barcelona.
