We haven’t really been keeping up with all the myriad legal maneuverings in the ongoing — and going, and going — legal disputes between Apple and accused “copyist” Samsung, as well as other Android manufacturers like Motorola, but there have been some injunctions granted, refused, overturned, and asked for review. If you’re thinking there’s just too much of this stuff and no one cares who’s not a lawyer on one of their payroll, well, fair enough.

According to OregonLive , Apple is considering another large data center, this one at Prineville site in Oregon. Those familiar with the discussions say that Apple’s Oregon plans have been in flux while it awaited word on whether there would be adequate electricity transmission in Prineville to meet its needs. Whether or not Apple settles on the site, and whether it ends up being on the scale of the multi-billion dollar North Carolina facility are unknown
