Dual LED Flash on an HTC Smartphone Digitimes, one of the most credible Apple rumor sources, has once again come up with an interesting rumored iPhone 5 tidbit. They are speculating that the next iPhone will have a dual LED flash, as can be found on several Android phones. Presumably this will increase picture clarity in low light conditions

Sprint Sprint has really been stepping their game up in an all-out effort to stay competitive in the US wireless market. They just launched the HTC EVO 3D , which is arguably the best HTC handset available, and it doesn’t look to stop there. Sprint actually has quite a bit planned for Q3 this year and beyond with the Samsung Epic 2, a possible Galaxy S II variant, and more goodies as well.

Nokia's Symbian Anna based E6 While Nokia has already started pre-orders of the Nokia E6 in the UK, the Finnish manufacturer recently announced that they have now opened the pre-orders for its upcoming business phone in India. It would be the first Nokia device coming to India with the new Symbian “Anna” mobile operating system, and we expect it to hit the stores sometime in July.

Huawei MediaPad Honeycomb Tablet Huawei has unveiled the MediaPad which is a 7″ tablet running Android 3.2 honeycomb and powered by Qualcomm’s 1.2ghz dual core CPU, the first tablet of that size to be running honeycomb. The industrial designers that worked on this tablet seem to be following the same design language of the iPhone 4, which isn’t a bad thing.

Gingerbread Confirmed for HTC Desire Originally HTC made an annoucement that the Desire could not handle the combination of Gingerbread and HTC Sense. However, HTC UK has released another statement on Facebook saying: “Contrary to what we said earlier, we are going to bring Gingerbread to HTC Desire.” This means two things, the Desire is going to receive at least one more update for Android 2.3 and that HTC has a lot of miscommunication within it’s own organization
